FAQ's

What's in it for me?

  • Consistent, above average return, every month, every year without any work on your part.
  • Complete control of where every dollar goes. This is not a mortgage pool. You are in control. You are the bank.
  • The knowledge your investment is providing quality, affordable housing for families.

What are the benefits?

  • Totally FREE. No fees, costs, loads, or commissions.
  • Get started with as little as $5,000.
  • Receive interest on interest with our accrual program.
  • Early withdrawal available.
How am I protected?
  • Low loan-to-value mortgage.
  • Title insurance, fire insurance, & certified appraisal.
  • Prepared and closed by an attorney.
  • Promissory note secured by a recorded Deed of Trust (Mortgage), and signed personally by CEO.

How can I lose?

  • In the unlikely event the loan stops paying, you get the property and profit much more than the interest you were earning. So, the real question is not "how can I lose", but rather "which way do I win first"?
  • Compare this opportunity to your current investments, and you'll quickly realize, the only way you can lose is if you don't get involved!

How does it work?

  1. Use our Investor Information Form to tell us how much you have to invest, if your funds are in an IRA, how you want the loan structured, and when your funds will be available.
  2. When we have an investment opportunity that meets your profile, we'll provide the details. You'll then have the opportunity to accept or reject the deal.
  3. Once accepted, wire the funds to the closing table.
  4. Sit back, and wait for a bigger check!
